Deep Tissue Massage Therapy

Deep Tissue Massage using myofascial release techniques, focuses on the deeper layers of the muscles and fascia. It's aim is to "melt and unstick" the fibers of muscles while releasing chronic patterns of tension, using slow firm strokes, using fists, fingers, thumbs elbows and forearms, either by following or going across the muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia.

This type of massage may cause some soreness during and after the treatment, as it usually focuses on more specific problem areas. However, you should feel more alleviated within a day or two. This is a very beneficial treatment for chronic conditions
